GMB Rebrands to Better Define CompanySydney, August 1, 2005: GMB today formally announced the rebranding of its company name to Knowledgeone Corporation. 
GMB's CEO, Frank McKenna said, "We have formed the new corporation as the final step in the re-inventing of GMB that began some three years ago.
