RecFind Version 5.0.0H, Service Pack 1Overview RecFind v5.0.0H Service Pack 1 contains all enhancements and fixes made since the initial release of RecFind v5.0.0H. For a complete list of these changes please refer to the 'Release Notes' (see below). Installing this service pack will upgrade your RecFind release to RecFind v5.0.0I. Requirements Customers MUST be running RecFind v5.0.0H prior to installing this service pack. There is a small utility included with this service pack to correct some possible data issues related to retention codes. Full details are provided in the 'Release Notes'. Please note that when installing the service packs all RecFind users must be exited from the applications and those with RecQueryTC must stop the 'IIS Admin Service' on the web server. Files will not be able to be updated if they are still in use. You must download and install the service packs for all products that you are licensed for. You are not able to have some products with the service pack and some without, all products share libraries and data and therefore must be all running the same version.
