RecCapture is an add-on module for Knowledgeone for those organizations that want to implement the server-centric, rules-driven and fully automatic electronic document management paradigm.

RecCapture allows you to capture, analyze, store and index all new and modified electronic documents created in your organization according to a set of rules defined by yourself.

There is nothing to install on each user’s desktop and there is nothing for each user to do. It is an easy and inexpensive way to implement an enterprise-wide EDMS where your business rules are applied one-hundred percent consistently across the enterprise.

Note – you must already have Knowledgeone version 1.3 or above to use this product.

Automatic Software Upgrade (ASU)

Knowledgeone Corporation's Automatic Software Upgrade (ASU) service ensures that the customer is shipped at least two product updates per annum. These updates will contain new functionality, fixes and updates to ensure compatibility with the latest releases of Microsoft, Novell and Lotus Notes products.
