Email Management and Archiving

We delivered our first email capture tool over ten years ago with the first version of the RecFind Button. This was a small button we inserted into the toolbar of Outlook that allowed the operator to check-in an email to the RecFind database. Email Management and Email Archiving has been a feature of RecFind since that time.

We produced our first fully automated, server-centric and rules driven email management software solution, GEM in 2000. The major advantage of GEM is that the end-user does not have to do anything; all emails are automatically examined, captured and indexed by GEM using your business rules.
