Payment
Full payment, for all courses must be paid prior to course commencement. A student may be refused entrance to the course if payment has not been made or other arrangement approved.
Transfers
A student may only transfer their course dates a maximum of three times. After transferring for the third time, the fee is payable and the right to attend is forfeited. Knowledgeone Corporation must be made aware of all transfers five or more working days prior to the course starting date or a transfer fee of 15% of the course fee will be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations for any courses, made by the Customer between 6-10 working days prior to the starting date is subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the course fee. Cancellation of any registration within five or less working days or the non-appearance of the student will incur the full fee. For onsite courses, any non-recoverable debts incurred by Knowledgeone Corporation i.e. accommodation, airfares etc. will also be charged.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for cancellations of training courses. A credit voucher will be issued for use on any Knowledgeone Corporation product or service instead.
Course Scheduling
Knowledgeone Corporation reserves the right to change course schedules, discontinue courses, modify course content, limit class size, cancel courses and refuse entrance to a course up to 5 days prior to the scheduled course date. Knowledgeone Corporation also reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course where there are less than three attendees up to 5 days prior to the scheduled course date.
Copyright
Reproduction, whether whole or in part, of any Knowledgeone Corporation course material is subject to the provisions of Knowledgeone Corporation's copyright and is forbidden in the absence of Knowledgeone Corporation's written consent. The Customer agrees not to provide or otherwise make available the Educational materials to a third party.
