Email Management and Archiving

We delivered our first email capture tool over ten years ago with the first version of the RecFind-Button. This was a small button we inserted into the toolbar of Outlook that allowed the operator to check-in an email to the RecFind-Corporate database. Email management and email archiving has been a feature of RecFind since that time.

We produced our first fully automated, server-centric and rules driven email management software solution when we released the RecFind version of GEM some five years ago. We now have versions of GEM for both RecFind and Knowledgeone. The major advantage of GEM is that the end-user does not have to do anything; all emails are automatically examined, captured and indexed by GEM using your business rules.

Both RecFind and Knowledgeone offer a full complement of tools to handle any email management or email archiving problem.
